The working principle of graphite rotor
The graphite rotor system is made of a high purity graphite, and its blowing treatment is used to break up the bubbles, but also as the centrifugal force produced by the aluminum alloy solution, so that the eradication gas mixing can be more uniform.
As the rotor rotates, the graphite is obtained by destroying the bubbles into molten aluminum nitrogen (or argon), which is dispersed into the molten metal. The bubble in the melt depends on the gas partial pressure difference and the surface of the adsorption principle, absorb the hydrogen in the melt, adsorption material oxidation slag, and with the bubble rising and is taken out of the melt surface, so that the melt can achieve purification.
Due to the tiny bubble dispersion, evenly mixed melt spinning, and slowly floating with the spiral rotation, long contact time with the melt, does not form a vertical upward continuous flow of air, to remove harmful hydrogen in aluminum melting, significantly improve the graphite rotor purification effect.
